WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE: 20 JANUARY, 2019

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from 2halfbrainz.com.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain personal information from you, that personally identifies as you. Personal information includes:

Contact Information: We collect basic contact information such as your first name, last name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and social media handles.

Financial Account Information: Information that you provide in connection with your purchase or your payment of the Service, including credit card number, credit card expiration date, credit card company, PayPal email, and amazon payment email. All Financial Data you may supply shall be collected and processed by third party business partners for the performance of core services, including, but not limited to, payments processing of orders via the Site.

Use of Service Data: Data collected while you are using our service such as search history, browse history, download history, favorites, votes, follows, purchase history, cart data, and check out data.

User Account Information: Information that identifies you to the Service, such as your user name, store name, email address, password, and IP address. For example, we use this information to authenticate you when you log in to the Service, and use the IP address to help maintain your web session security while using the Service.

Public User Content: Information and personal data that you choose to submit while using our Service such as images, photos, comments, and other content, information and materials.

User Feedback: If you contact us to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, we will record any Personal Information and other content that you provide in your communication so that we can effectively respond to your communication. Any such contact with DBH should be made pursuant to Section 9, below.

Traffic Data: Information automatically tracked and collected by the Service about how you use our Service, such as (i) IP addresses; (ii) domain servers; (iii) device and browser type accessing the Site; (iv) operating system; (v) types of web browsers used to access the Site; (vi) the pages or features of our Website or Service to which you browsed; (vii) time spent on those pages or features; (viii) the frequency with which the Service is used; (ix) search terms used and (x) links on the Service that you clicked on or used (collectively "Traffic Data").

Site Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. We also collect usage and performance information that is not Personal Data or that we aggregate or de-identify so that it no longer personally identifies an individual. We also associate some data that is not Personal Data with Personal Data.


When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

CHILDREN
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 12 (16 in the EU). Therefore 2halfbrainz does not knowingly collect or receive Personal Data from children under the age of 12 (16 in the EU). If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information we will take the necessary steps to delete such information.
