SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for visiting and shopping at 2halfbrainz.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We have a selection of shipment method with estimated delivery time.

Express 1-3 business days in US, Canada and internationally
Standard 3-6 business days in US, Canada and internationally
Economy 5-8 business days in the US
6-12 business days in Canada
5-10 business days for international

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, service delays, holidays etc.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
2halfbrainz ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.


Customs, Duties and Taxes
2halfbrainz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages
2halfbrainz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the local carrier office to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently ship internationally to 190 countries.
