REFUND POLICY

OUR REFUND POLICY LAST 30 DAYS!

Any returns or problems that occur because of manufacturing error will be handled by 2halfbrainz. Any defect arising from damage during carrier or change of mind will not be covered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be returned within 30 days.

If you file a claim after the 30 day limit we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

*Gift cards are non-refundable items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return delivery at your own expense. We have two different return addresses, depending on where you are:

United States

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (subject to banking constraints).

Late or missing refunds 
If you have yet to receive a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund appears on your statement.

Sale items 

 Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they have manufacturing defects.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@2halfbrainz.com.





You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only the value of the item will be refunded. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is to ensure the products reach the appropriate address. We do not hold any responsibility for lost items.
